Featured Shelter Pet: Casey, the Retriever/Labrador/Mastiff mix

Casey is looking for a forever family she can smother with kisses!

** UPDATE 10/19/10: Casey is now up on the Nuts for Mutts Rescue website! She’s spayed, healed, and ready to find a new family. For more information, contact Nuts for Mutts at (585) 210-DOGS (3647) or visit their website. **

** UPDATE 9/27/10: Casey is recovering from her spaying with our friends at Nuts for Mutts, where things are quieter than at the shelter. She’s still looking for a forever home, though! So check with Rochester Animal Services or Nuts for Mutts if you’re interested! **

It’s not nice to have favorites, but sometimes you just can’t help it. Casey is clearly a volunteer favorite at Rochester Animal Services, and she’s looking for a forever home!

This 1-year-old Retriever, Labrador/Mastiff mix is one happy girl, and she’s looking for an active family she can smother with kisses and take for walks.

You can visit with Casey at Rochester Animal Services, 184 Verona Street, in downtown Rochester, near Frontier Field.
